Customers have the option to cancel at any given time of their choosing. After signing up for the VIP Membership customers will receive a confirmation email confirming their subscription. VIP Members will receive a email reminding them their monthly 24.94 USD is due. Reminder emails are sent out 1 day before The VIP Member is charged for their subscription with the option to cancel at any time in your account settings

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us. However, we cannot refund any  previous monthly subscription charges according to our refund policy
